Disappointed...

Very disappointed. I've waited a long time for this book to come out, only to be disappointed for it to end the way it did. I'm a fan, but they really should've stopped at Cartel 3.

The Cartel 6: The Demise

I chose this rating because of all the other books, one through five.
As they continue this story. It has some excitement but I guess it wasn't like the others. Books two and three had so much entertainment and excitement going on that it wasn't time to catch your breath or even get sad because of a death that happened. You just read it and kept on going because of all the excitement. This was the family to be or the one to get in. I just hope that the next chapter of this story brings more excitement than this slow story. If I knew this book was not up the par as the other ones I would have just waited for part seven. I like excitement, if the story isn't exciting it started to lose my interest. I just hope the next one is really up and going. Carter and the rest of the family that's left need to be together and not in the drug game anymore, as hands on. Can't wait for the next part.

Maaaaan, listen!

This was the first time I've ever read a Cartel book! My cousin and I have made a book list for the year and this series is at the very top even though she's read most of the books already!
I have thoroughly been entertained and have truly enjoyed this first book! I'm usually very busy during the week and can't always read, but I'd been reading on my lunch at work. Finally, I as able to finish while sitting in the dentist office while my children were being seen!! I'm glad this series is on our book list because I'm HOOKED!! I'm so excited to keep reading!!
I loved all the characters, even Ma'Tee's mean self! I hated to see some die off, but that just added on to the appeal of the story. I yelled, "NOOOOOOOO!!!" when I got to the end because I got to the end AND because of how it ended. Best believe I'm on to the next book... I'm going to read this entire series!!
